When you perform DV or PV testing, you usually need to consider some test costs, such as how much does a coolant pressure test cost? We are a battery liquid cooling plate design and production manufacturer, and we have a coolant pressure test bench. In the following blog post, I will explain the pressure test cooling system cost.
1.Product sample cost for the coolant pressure test
Take battery cooling plate for example, a 1400×1900 width cooler, with around 12kg, the sample cost for the test will be around $170.
2.Connector cost for the coolant pressure test
Quick connector normally is aluminum for connect the product and bench, roughly cost $75.
3.Hourly cost for the bench
The coolant pressure test bench depend on the size, roughly cost $25 per hour.
4.Total cost sum for the coolant pressure test
For above list three items, normally the test will last 2h to complete. So the total cost is 170+75+25×2=$295.
